These terms govern access to ghostlabsnexus.com and use of Ghost Labs Nexus and Ghost Labs plugin files made available through this website. By accessing the website or downloading or using a file, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or files.
1. Ownership and reservation of rights
Ghost Labs is an independent software brand operated by its owner. To the extent protected by applicable law, the original website content, software, plugin code, documentation, graphics, release information, branding, and arrangement of those materials are owned or controlled by Ghost Labs. Except for the limited permissions stated below, no right, title, or interest is transferred to you. © 2026 Ghost Labs. All rights reserved.
2. Limited website permission
Ghost Labs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access this website for its intended informational, download, support, and server-management purposes. You may not copy, mirror, republish, sell, sublicense, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit the website or its content, or use automated access that disrupts the service, except with prior written permission or where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Nexus software license
Unless a separate written license accompanies a release, Ghost Labs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use an unmodified copy of Ghost Labs Nexus for its intended server-management purpose on systems you own or are authorized to manage. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, publicly host, remove ownership notices from, or use the software or Ghost Labs branding to imply sponsorship or endorsement. Any restriction on reverse engineering applies only to the extent permitted by law.
4. Public plugin license
Unless a plugin release states otherwise, you may install and use a downloaded Ghost Labs plugin on servers you own or are authorized to manage. You may make private changes solely for those servers. You may not republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or present the original or modified plugin as your own work. Configuration values and server-generated data remain under the control of the applicable server owner.
5. Beta software and unsigned releases
Nexus releases identified as beta may contain defects or change without notice. An unsigned release has not been authenticated by a trusted code-signing certificate. Download only from the official Ghost Labs page, verify the published SHA-256 checksum, maintain backups, and test changes appropriately before relying on a release in production.
6. Acceptable use and security
You may not attempt to bypass owner authentication, obtain unpublished files, discover or misuse credentials or device tokens, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, or use Ghost Labs software to access a system without authorization. Security research must remain lawful and must not expose private data or disrupt service. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to security@ghostlabsnexus.com.
7. Availability, updates, and takedowns
Ghost Labs may update, replace, suspend, or withdraw website content, software, plugins, or access to them at any time. Publishing a file does not promise permanent availability, support, compatibility, or future updates. A plugin taken down by the owner is no longer an authorized public release from this website.
8. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website, software, and plugins are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or warranty that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ghost Labs and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of access, server downtime, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the website, software, or plugins. This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.
10. Third-party names and services
Microsoft Windows, Cloudflare, Rust, Facepunch, Carbon, Oxide, and other third-party names, products, and services belong to their respective owners. References are descriptive and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
11. Changes and contact
Ghost Labs may revise these terms by publishing an updated effective date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
